1. Choose Your Product:
- Already have a product in mind?
- Simply share the name of the product or send me the product link.
- Don’t have a product yet?
- Download the Alibaba app or visit this link to browse and choose your product.
2. Product Sourcing:
- After you select your product, I will contact the suppliers on Alibaba to get a detailed quotation.
- The quotation will include:
- Product price
- Shipping fee (Air or Sea)
3. Quotation and Payment:
- Once I receive the quotation from the supplier, I’ll send you the details:
- Product price breakdown.
- Shipping options (Air or Sea).

Payment options:
- If you don’t have a way to make the payment directly to the supplier, I can provide an alternative payment method.
- Once the payment is completed, the supplier will proceed with shipping the product.
4. Shipment to Forwarding Address (China):
- After payment is confirmed, the supplier will ship your product to my forwarding address in China.
- The product will be handled and prepared for onward shipment to Kenya.
5. Forwarding to Kenya:
- Once your product arrives at the forwarding address in China, I will arrange for the shipping to Kenya.
- Air Shipping: 10-14 days delivery.
- Sea Shipping: 30-35 days after loading.
- I’ll keep you updated on the shipping status as we go.
6. Service Fee:
- For sourcing and assisting with the importation process, I charge a service fee of Ksh 2000 per product.
- This fee covers my work in communicating with suppliers, organizing payments, and managing shipments.
7. Shipping Fee:
- Shipping fees will depend on:
- Size and weight of the product.
- Method of shipping (Air or Sea).
- I’ll provide you with an accurate shipping quote based on the product details once I have them.
