ImportsbyGambii does not offer refunds once an order is placed and payment is made. If there is an issue with the product quality or functionality, we will assist you in contacting the supplier, but I cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
I will assist you in contacting the supplier or shipping carrier in case of damage during shipment, but ImportsbyGambii is not responsible for damaged goods. I recommend that you inspect the product upon arrival and report any issues immediately
Once payment has been made to the supplier, the order cannot be canceled or changed. All sales are final. If you have concerns before making payment, feel free to discuss them with me before proceeding.

Yes. I charge a Ksh 2000 service fee for every product I help source and import. This covers the cost of sourcing the product and assisting with the logistics and shipment.

Shipping times can vary depending on the supplier and shipping method, but these are the typical time frames for each option.
Once I get the quotation from the supplier, I’ll send you a breakdown of the product cost and shipping fees (air or sea). If you don’t have a way to pay directly to the supplier, I offer an alternative payment method to help you complete the transaction. Payment must be made in full before the product is shipped.
